They were awesome and took a lot of time to clean. Last company was a chain we had used in another city and rushed in and out. It looked crappy when it dried. Quality has rthis great smelling odor sfuff. Love it! I live in Pharoah Valley and these carpets are old but they look good. G hanks so much for getting our house super clean for xmas!

These guys really came through for me in a pinch: I bought a new house and discovered problems with stains/pet odors a couple of days before closing. I called and explained the situation, and they sent two guys out the same day. By that evening, I not only had my carpets cleaned, but had them steam clean my tile and grout in the bathrooms and vacuum out my dryer vents. The guys were very professional. They arrived in uniform, did a walk through and gave me a price quote, and went to work. They were very conscientious and performed everything as agreed upon. We had a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the job with the job which i was way to go Quality!

A local favorite, or highly recommended because Quality Carpet Care was able to come through, on short notice, and clean two floors in my home. They cleaned pet stains and high traffic stains. They got all but some high traffic stains coming from my garage, about 99. They're better than any other carpet cleaning I've seen. I recommend them for anybody

They came to re-clean a spot for free they we didn't even have them clean. It was the tenant before us 2 weeks earlier. They didn't get the pet treatment and it was smelly. We were going to pay but Quality did it for free. Then they checked the pad and it was not cleanable so they replaced it and put the carpet back for 45.00, very cheap. They were on time, neat and professional. Great service is hard to find these days, but Teri and Mike were just wonderful. Thanks!
