There real friendly and try to sit

I eat here about 3 times each year and I would recommend it as good. I couldn't give it the full 5 star rating because in my opinion the food is just not great/delicious. Of course I haven't tried all the menu plates as they have quite a selection so you may fair better. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable with a good feel. The service is good but I haven't found that excellent server or hostess yet. I have left somewhat hungry with the servings offered so I try to go whenever I am not too hungry. Menu selections include Salad/Soups, Aussie tizers, Combination/favorite plates, steaks, seafood, burgers/sandwiches, and beverages. I found their menu off of their webpage but redirected to the allmenu website.

I recently visited your restaurant on 4/17/2011.

First & foremost parking lot was clean. Before we could walk-in, your hostess(Rachel), greeted us with not only a smile but also the since of urgency to get us seated and taken care of. She informed us that outback just went through a remodel and hoped we like it. From the moment I sat down I watched her rush to open the door for each customer and never stopped smiling. There were other hostesses but Rachel out shined them all. She represent how customer service reps should always be. Never have I ever come across a worker who impressed me that much.

(Lauren) our waitress was extremely intuitive to our needs. My order as well as my company's was exactly what we wanted & was very delicious. Not once was our glasses halfway empty before she came to ask if needing a refill. She did a great job in serving us as well as her other tables. I also had the pleasure of meeting your manager (Felix) who was very delightful & treated us with utmost hospitality.



OVERALL: Very Clean Establishment and Great Customer Service.
