It happened to me. It was the day before I had to wear this particular Jacket, when I realized it had been crumpled up in the trunk of my car for a month. It desperately needed to be drycleaned so I could wear it 9:00am the next morning. It was 11:30am the day before I needed the garment when I started calling around. After calling every dry cleaner in town, I finally called Royal Dry Cleaners and was told to drop the garment off and they would "rush" the drycleaning for me. They called me at 3:00 to say it was ready. I went to pick it up and was very happy to not only have my item in such a timely manor, but also by the exceptional service provided by those working that day. Matthew, was very helpful. The service he provided to me was above and beyond, and truly made my day. He was able to reach out and make a difference in my day. Its good to know I can always count on Royal Cleaners on Wilma Rudolph (the shop behind the actual store). I will be spreading the word, and will return!
