The doctor is so rude and has no manners at all. While they were convenient, they are not worth the time because the staff doesn't know any better and doctor doesn't care at all!

The guy that answers the phones is a JERK! He is rude, yells, and acts like he hates his job. He even hung up on me. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

I have been with janda for over 25 years they are very reasonable-and the service is good! I would recommend this to my friends!

This place is one of the WORST I've ever been to. The vet that examined my puppy was rude and it looked like he hated his job. He did not treat my puppy very nice and he didn't even want to examine him thoroughly because he said they were about to close, eventhough there was a whole hour left. He also shoved his fat finger inside my puppy's behind when that was not necessary because he already had a stool sample. He did it and said nothing after that.We ended up going somewhere else where they treated my puppy with love, just like I do. The girl at the front desk was pretty friendly and the prices are also cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want your pet to be violated for no reason and you want to be treated like you owe them something, this is the place for you.

I also travel 25 mins to to vet I don't live in cicero, I live in chicago, but I would not change my vet.
