      BROOKLYN OFFICE: The office is located in Park Slope, on the fourth floor of the NY Methodist Hospital. The office is spacious with a large waiting room, comfortable seating, in house laboratories and operating rooms, parking across the street. The train station is only two blocks away(F train). STATEN ISLAND OFFICE: The office is located in the south shore of Staten Island on Hylan Bullevard (Annandale). There is ample free private parking at the premises. The office can be approached easily from all areas of Staten Island and New Jersey.
