When he was a contractor doing construction, he ripped us off to the tune of multiple thousands of dollars. Successful lawsuit and the State of Michigan levied fines, which he didn't pay as far as I know and his contractor's license was yanked, but we never collected a DIME of our restitution awarded, given that he hides behind LLC and protects his personal assets.
