General Info
Safe, Secure Mini Storage Wall Street Storage offers unique and secure self storage solutions. We have video surveillance AND an on-premise Manager. We have all of the standard storage sizes and many other, customized storage spaces. Wall Street Storage even has a temperature moderated area which makes it an ideal facility for storing your wine collection or other temperature sensitive items like business records and instruments. Because our storage units have higher ceilings, our storage units can store more. For Instance, our 10 x 10 units have 22 foot ceilings which means you can store far more items in our storage units.

Provided by YP.comThe only freight elevator is newly broken, making it nearly impossible to move anything. The alternate option is to carry your stuff up and down one of 3 steep, old, and narrow staircases (one of which is so steep the facility doesn't recommend using it).
There has been no letter, email, nor communication of any kind to the occupants of the units from the owner (who apparently lives out-of-state), leaving the on-site manager to field a flurry of calls and questions without any ability to make changes to contracts or provide information on the current status. The manager is only able to take a message and says it might be a few days or next week before the owner can respond. You'd think this problem would be a bigger priority for the owner.
I feel cheated out of my rental unit. I rented under the assumption that I would be able to use an elevator and it's now broken and no word from the owner.
Would you rent a storage unit that you couldn't get to? I wouldn't, if I had the choice.
