I would highly recommend Mr. Vandivere due to his complete honesty and integrity. He will try and settle your case for you if it will save you money and is in your best interest. However, he has no problem going to court if that is what is needed and usually wins for his clients. He does not beat around the bush, very blunt and to the point, and helps keep his client focused on the big picture.
