General Info
At Los Cuates, we're not one of those restaurants that gauges the quality of food by its hotness. For over 35 years, we've been serving New Mexican cuisine known for its flavorful palate that gives you a kick without being overwhelming. Come in to one of our three Albuquerque locations and try our chips and salsa - we guarantee you've never tried salsa like this. Enjoy our hacienda-style ambiance while savoring our menu of always-fresh authentic New Mexico classics. Our signature dish is the chile relleno. Each carefully selected Anaheim chile pepper is peeled, stuffed and roasted daily in our kitchen. We should warn you, they're very addicting. We're proudly locally owned since 1980. Many other restaurants and national chain eateries have come and gone in that time, and we're still one of Albuquerque's favorite places to eat. We invite you to have a seat and find out why.At Los Cuates, we're not one of those restaurants that gauges the quality of food by its hotness. Provided by YP.comMy family and I have been to this restaurant 3 times. Everytime me and family went the service was horrible. We were sat down and ignored. We tried to give the restaurant another chance, but this 3rd time, we were waited on (on the patio we sat) last when we were one of the first ones to be seated every other tables food was out in a tmely manner, accept our order. the waitress said the manager is looking into our ticket because it was lost. We waited about 10 minutes and I decided to say forget it and me and family left. The management is horrible as well when I complained the second time we were there. We will NEVER go to this Los Cuates again.
