Erica enjoys helping people achieve their health goals and that the reward of seeing them thrive are numerous and deeply fulfilling. She is open, non-judgmental and dedicated to her patient's goals. She takes time to ensure they're informed and involved in their care. Erica believes that working towards health goals requires collaboration and shared decision making. Erica is a nature lover and loves to get outside for hiking, cycling, yoga/pilates and swimming. She also has a history of martial arts practice.
