Totally botched cap replacement and cavity filling replacement. Rude and unprofessional staff. Stay away. Religion most important to his operation and making money on unnecessary treatment.
Dr,Lines, the hygienists, and his staff have been caring for my family for a decade now. my children DO like to go for their check-ups and have never had a cavity! We have learned to take better care of our teeth and have always felt like we are the most important people during our visits. ThankYou
Derek Lines attempted to replace a gold crown on one of my molars. This attempt was a total failure as I suffered a sore gum and a very sensitive tooth following his inept dentistry. Chewing and brushing cause me pain. When I complained about this, Lines said I had an infected gum and he gave me a Chlorhexidine solution to use for 2 weeks. This was totally ineffective and my pain persists.
Also a second failed piece of work by Lines was an attempt to place enamel on my two front teeth that were chipped slightly at the bottom. He put on too much enamel, did not smooth out the enamel before it hardened and now I have a lump of enamel on my left front tooth that looks like my tooth has a dimple.
As a dentist, Derek Lines, is incompetent and unprofessional. I recommend that his dental services be avoided like the plague!

My experience was very positive on this visit as well as all of my previous visits with Dr Lines. The staff is both friendly as well as professional. My cleaning was a very comfortable, pleasant experience.
As usual it went great. I always feel like Dr. LInes and his staff are teaching/helping me to keep my teeth strong and healthy. I never feel rushed and they take a conservative approach to doing "work" on my teeth.
Everyone is pleasant to deal with, the team is on time and rarely ever do you have to wait more than 5 minutes when arriving for an appt. The staff is very qualified and courteous.
I had two teeth with little ledges where the gum line had receded. Both were sanded, filled, and polished in less than 5 minutes time! Thank you for a great "fix" and a quick stop instead of a long wait.
I thought all my old dentists were pretty good, but after visiting this office, I was blown away by the thoroughness, efficiency, friendliness, and care offered. Dr. Lines and his team really go the extra mile and make you want to go to the dentist! The office uses state of the art technology, the hygienist explains what she's doing and gives excellent advice, and Dr. Lines takes the time to make sure you leave satisfied. Dr. Lines and Marisa were both awesome today! Ibuprofen and Tylenol are working well, no need for the Vicodin (didn't even fill the scrip) but thanks anyway. I appreciate you all!!
I do not like his staff.They are unprofessional and not seriously . He is a great doctor. But , I will not go back .
The staff was very friendly open professional and answered all my questions or concerns willingly. Dr Lines appears very knowledgeable he spent a good amount of time with me I'm excited to have a dentist I feel I can trust.
The dentist office has been a source of anxiety throughout my life. I usually make and cancel multiple appointments until the problem is so bad I have no choice but to finally go. I have finally found a dentist and professional practice staff that not only treats my dental issues but considers the whole person and works to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
