they are the friendliest shop I've EVER dealt with!!!!!!! went in for an inspection, let with new mirrors and other parts!!!! WONDERFUL EXPERIEANCE!!!!!!!!

Stay away. Hopelessly incompetent. I wanted to bring appropriate tires I found on line in to them to get them mounted and ballanced and get the bike inspection. They convinced me to get different tires through them for a discount on the work. After the tires came in I made an appointment, arrived at 9 and arranged to pick the bike up after work. I called twice during the day to check on progress and was eventually told at 3:30 that the bike would be ready by 430. Not. At least 8 screw ups on their part ensued. I arrived at 5 by taxi. They had (1) ordered a front tire that did not fit the bike (2) not installed the rear tire (3) not completed an inspection (4) not realized their mistake until it was too late in the day to do anything about it (5) not called me to let me know about any of this (6) offered me no deal or discount to make up for their errors, despite my prompting (7) did not appologize (8) have lost my business.

New customer 10-09, purchased a new Kawasaki motorcycle. This is a very helpful dealership in both the initial selection and purchase of a new motorcycle and the followup service provided at the time of delivery and installation of extra items to complete your new ride. Additionally, I was impressed by the helmet inventory and the extra help to find the correct fit to my particular head shape and size. Number 1 take away message - this is a very friendly, no high pressure, very well informed full service motorcycle dealership that is a pleasure to do business with.

Very nice people to do business with! No pressure, no surprises, no problems, unlike most other motorcycle dealers I,ve been to.
